Graze Your Way to Lower Weight There are many people in the diet community that are praising the new way to eat- grazing. Grazing is not a new concept, but is very different from the way a lot of people eat today. Most people that eat today dont have time to eat, so they wait until they are starving and then they pig out. If you are a type of person that overeats or has one big meal a day, then grazing might help you lose weight and feel healthier. Here are some tips.
Grazing is eating small meals many times a day. So instead of having two or three big meals a day, eat small portions of food six times a day. Grazing actually makes sense to a lot of people. Most people need energy through out the day, so two big meals are practical. Six small meals spaced out between the day is simple and easy to accomplish, plus it can help with digestion.
Start off your day with a fruit or yogurt, about two hours later have a roll or muffin, during noon time, you can eat a small sandwich or salad, during the later afternoon have another snack, and then in the evening have a small dinner and some dessert a couple of hours before bed time. As you can see, grazing is realistic and practical and a great way to lower your weight.
