Stop Living with Insomnia

Insomnia is classified as a sleeping disorder. It is the most common sleep disorder with millions of Americans suffering each day. Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or have a complete, quality sleep. Many people with insomnia not only have trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep is also a problem.

Here are some tips to treat insomnia:

If you are experiencing stress and anxiety, try to clear your mind when you go to bed
Eat a healthy diet and exercise more frequently
Come up with a night time routine
Sleep in a relaxing, quiet environment
